Wow, who could have called the action at A1? As many of you witnessed on Speedvision a crazy night of nerves and quite possibly the changing of the guard in the western lites division. Some things that seem strange to me is Dungey throwing in the towel at ONE INDUSTRIES because they just picked up LAWRENCE. Why I say this is time and time again you will hear me criticize Christians rather than the non Christians. This could and should be an opportunity for Dungey to really rise above the silliness in which JL is always instigating. And for some reason Dungey keeps getting sucked into the 3rd grade pissing match by JL, hopefully he’ll realize what is going on and just not even acknowledge his existence.
Anyways, Ryan rode a pretty unimpressive 3rd place finish but we can’t really know what was going on in his head having to replace a motor after a heat race lockup. He did come back to win the LCQ but that isn’t something to really boast about. Chris Blose rode to a solid 4th place finish albiet after Lawrence decided to cut a full corner of the track. JL was docked one posisiton but I’m sure he’s ok with that coming from a last place start after crashing in turn 2.
OK onto the cool christian front, Ryan Morais is a Christian so it’s cool to see someone who loves the Lord can race up front. Unfortunately our friend Trey Canard got the short end of the stick with the 2nd turn crash started by Lawrence. Our new friend and on fire Christian Jeff Alessi rode into 8th place which is a good start for Jeff who has had such an up and down career thus far. OK here is a new one, BEN EVANS, WOW!!! This kid is the real deal and solid for the Lord and we hope to get him on the podcast soon. OK the possibly the best move of the night was when Weimer looped out trying to do a victory wheelie! Oh the humanity, I guess those guys do put on one pant leg at a time!
Last one for those of you who have the dream of making it. Here is a little ray of hope, last year’s Pro Circuit rider, Chris Gosseler was pitted out of a pickup truck and got 4th in his heat and 10th in the main! What are your excuses?

SUPERCROSS CLASS
Well the evening started off as planned with Reed and Stewart absolutely flying.
I don’t know if Erin Bates is shooting for ratings like a Jerry Springer show but for some reason she askes some of the dumbest questions on the planet I.E. what happened out there James? As you probably know by now James decided to take a short dirt nap after what appeared to be a hesitation with his bike which caught Reed of guard and basically took him out. Things got even crazier after James, still disoriented, walked his bike in front of Windham and kapow!!! Windham takes James out again. Bubba never fired off the carburated Yamaha which might be a down fall for the blue and orange riders this season. Villipoto who also fell over was quickly able to get his steed fired of relatively quickly and mark onto a very conservative 5th place finish.
What about JOSH GRANT, man he had a front row seat to the best carnage in the house. I’m personally stoked for the guy as he moved his life to North Carolina and as I know personally has had to adapt to some cultural changes and even lifestyles. Jeremy Albriecht is a great manager though and I see more great things coming from the JGR team. Too bad Cooper took a first turn spill as he probably had top 10 speed. What about Heath Voss? He’s slowly becoming the next DOWD, how old is Voss now? We’re super stoked to see two Texas riders in the top 10 and Short almost reeled in one from Grant. Well let’s see what goes on in Phoenix the next stop on the tour. Oh yeah a party bus is leaving Rockwall to Houston so get on board!
